Did you ever come across about sales funnels versus games debate?
Before I proceed, I want to make a confession.
I use to be a sales funnel freak right from the start of my online marketing career back in 1998.
However, times have changed.
As you probably know, in the online marketing and advertising space everybody uses and promote sales & marketing funnels to achieve their most desired response, i.e., conversions.
…And for pretty good reasons.
But lately, if you look around and analyze what’s happening with funnels, you will observe 2 things.
- Funnels are being used over excessively
- They’ve started to look like a trap to most visitors
Why is that so?…
Well, both good news and bad news.
Good news for people who are offering funnel software and related services, obviously.
However, it’s a bit challenging for people who use funnels, aimlessly.
Why do I say that?…
Funnels are being used excessively by majority of marketers online. The mushroom growth of funnels usage have made them less effective with no clear objective in mind.
A handful of the marketers actually do something different, or make use of funnels effectively.
It’s simple economics – that as the supply increases – demand decreases and vice versa.
I don’t care how slick your sales funnels are or how cool you design its structure, it still looks like an old fashioned funnel, anyway.
In other words, it screams on visitor’s face and sounds like a pitch to her. The visitor knows well that I am being driven somewhere, for something.
Which means she is aware of being sold at some point.
Don’t get me wrong.
Funnels are great way to capture leads and drive down your most desired response.
But as with every great thing out there that gets used over-excessively and for a long period of time, it starts to loose its radiance and effectiveness, by natural law. Everything has a life-cycle, and traditional funnels are no exceptions which is why they are actually on the verge of collapse.
So what’s the solution, Amin… what are you pointing towards?…
C’mon, spill the beans here dude… what are you hiding under your sleeves?
Well, my friend, enter the world of Business Gamification.
More precisely I want you to think about sales funnels versus games which is a powerful tool to capture leads, create uninterrupted engagement and ultimately achieve massive conversions.
What? Wait a minute … is this some sort of a joke?
You shuddered, unconsciously.
Haha… far from it.
In fact, this is where the world’s top marketers are eyeing on currently and not even teaching people what Gamification really is, and what it can do for your business.
They’re scarred as hell.
…Because these savvy marketers know it very well that if this gets into the hands of the masses – this whole ground-floor opportunity will die a sudden death before they make their millions.
If you’re interested in digging it further, I highly encourage you to go here and check out some earth-shattering material on my website.
Granted, there’s a lot of work being done on developing tools to outsmart the traditional funnel system using the principles of Gamification.
Which is why I’m so proud to introduce a system of lead capture and traffic generation for the advertising and marketing community online.
I’ve got some advanced features already setup on my drawing board to augment the power and efficacy of the system I developed.
Look up for the new standard in lead capture technology and profit massively by staying ahead of the curve. Engage your audience in a way they would love to be part of your offering, rather than feel scarred of being sold.
Following a new booming trend is good – but being ahead of the trend is great.
Make sure you understand this, and you’re sure to hit success at warp speed. Lead capture systems have a tremendous demand on the Internet. I just gave you some pointers and ideas.
Think about it… sales funnels versus games. You decide.
Now go ahead, and get going.
See you at the beach. 🙂
